Our Credentials
Our services are led by founder/director, Paul McMahon supported by a team of experienced solicitors and support staff. An employment law specialist solicitor with 20 years’ experience in his field, he advises employers on the full spectrum of employment law and HR issues including recruitment, contractual issues, TUPE and restructure advice, discipline and grievance, absence management, family-friendly rights, discrimination and dismissal.
In addition to teaching post-graduate law students on the Legal Practice course at The University of Strathclyde, and having taught on Employment Law Masters courses, Paul regularly provides practical training to clients and speaks at conferences.
